Project Description

Hilton Construct worked in conjunction with Kennett Builders and the not for profit aged care provider Uniting Care Wesley Port Adelaide, to re-develop the site at Semaphore.

The redevelopment consisted of 168 bedrooms over two levels in the aged care complex, and also included commercial catering areas, administrative facilities, commercial laundry facilities, hairdresser, internet café, passive and active recreational areas both indoors and outdoors.

The development was to be delivered over three stages, and it was a project requirement that residents remained in occupation of existing facilities.
